How long does it take you to process my order?

Order Processing: Most orders for vitamins and supplements are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Occasional delays of up to 72 or hours beyond can occur for a variety of reasons, including sudden excessive demand, particularly just before, during and after holidays, out of stock inventory, backorder situation due to bulk supply problems, shipping delays, and inclement weather. Once we become aware of the delays, we will promptly notify you via an email of any delay or anticipated delay beyond 72 hours. Orders requiring special handling can take longer. Some heat sensitive products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only so they reach customers during the same week. We require online ordering, as it saves administrative and processing costs; the savings are then passed on to customers. What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy: We want your utmost satisfaction, so we will do what we can to process your refund as fast as possible. We will not be satisfied until our customers are fully satisfied.

Shipment Return Due to Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason whatsoever, you may return the products within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price of all the returned goods (no refund on shipping charges), no questions asked. However, we will charge your account a nominal restocking fee of 15% for any return except for our error.

Returns Not Allowed: Discontinued items, close-outs, refrigerated items and all special ordered items, that is, the items we specifically ordered from the manufacturers after we receive customer order are not eligible for credit and return.

Shipment Due to VivaDrugStore.com Error: We will refund full price and shipping charges without restocking fee for any products returned due to our error in shipment or order processing. Please inspect your package when you receive it for freight damage. You need not accept any damaged package. Get initial claim information from the delivery person, then notify us about the damaged package.

Contact us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment for any of the following reasons:

  • Wrong quantity shipped
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Incorrect shipping charge or billing information
  • Damaged package
We will not handle any of the above claims after 30 days of the invoice date.

In either case, please send us an email requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number before returning any products. We will promptly respond to your request returning the products.

Products returned without RMA will be refused and returned to sender, who is responsible for any and all incurred charges.

Once the RMA is issued, the return must be postmarked within 5 business days.

We will issue credits for returned products after they are received by us. All returns must be insured and postage pre-paid. Be sure your name, address and Return Authorization Number are clearly indicated on the outside of the package.

We will do what we can to process your refund as fast as possible but in some cases, it may take about 2 weeks for the credit to be issued.
